Biography

I am a continuing student of the Healing Arts 

and love to share laughter, my practice and knowledge. 

My passion is focused on the Endocannabinoid System 

and modalities that naturally release Anandamide and 2-AG, 

the natural bliss endogenous(made in the body) endo-cannabinoid compounds. 

While in the "snake pit" of drug policy cannabis reform, 

I was blessed to obtain my 500 hr Certified Yoga Teacher education, studying with Jan Hauenstein, Master Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. 

In addition, I have completed over 500+ hours in education and modalities that spark the Endocannabinoid System, naturally.

My degree is from the University of Dayton, with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. 

As a Flyer, we are educated under the Marianist Community.
